This post plays a key role in the successful delivery of the Neighbourhood Operations services in collaboration with the neighbourhood managers. The post holder will provide efficient and effective administrative support to all aspects of the Neighbourhood Team in order to ensure that high quality services are provided to our residents.

Essential:
A practical understanding of what constitutes excellent customer care, how it can be measured and improved and a commitment to delivering it thorough knowledge of administrative procedures and systems.
An understanding of integration and working with peers for a “one Peabody ” approach.
High level of numerical, verbal and written skills.
Excellent communication and negotiating skills in order to build effective relationships with our customers, staff and partners.
The ability to work flexibly, on own initiative, under pressure, managing competing priorities and problem solving

Desirable:
Experience of working for a residential landlord, preferably in social housing.
Experience of administering complaints.
Experience of improving systems.
Experience of managing the administration of external contracts (particularly parking enforcement, pest control and security systems)
