The Technical Compliance & Quality team within the new organisation will be responsible for the safety, regulatory compliance and quality assurance of over 55k homes in London and the South East. Excellent data driven processes, risk management, policy adherence and high quality standards will be vital in this role to ensure we maintain regulatory compliance and drive quality standards within the service delivery teams.

The purpose of the role is to provide operational leadership for the Quality Assurance team within the Technical Compliance and Quality Directorate of Peabody.

Skills/Experience required

• Excellent IT skills

• Proven experience of managing data and process mapping

• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical data to a non-technical audience

• Experience of change management programmes

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and cross-functionally with diverse groups.

• Experience of risk and audit management.

• A commitment to continuing professional development.

Role specific:

• Proven experience of managing data and process mapping
• Experience in tracking and monitoring compliance and contractor performance
• Report writing skills
• Understanding of legislative requirements surrounding asset compliance
