We are here to improve the customer journey and experience for our homeowners across Peabody stock, working together with our colleagues to improve the overall experience  of our homeowners.

There will be many opportunities to be involved in shaping the service and contributing to new ways of working and looking at  how nest to improve the experience for our homeowners.

If you are new to line management or keen to make the step up into line management, this is an opportunity to learn the necessary skills and develop within the team.

Skills/Experience required:

•Ability to work independently, exercising good initiative and judgement
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Proven time management and prioritisation skills.
•Proven experience and ability to deliver excellent customer care and valuing diversity.
•Proven attention to detail and ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets
•To ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to so that consistent and standard practice is achieved across the organization
•Experience of working within a Housing/Customer service environment
•Excellent understanding of service charges, financial systems and accounting.
•Excellent understanding of non-financial legislation, regulation and best practice relating to Homeownership
•Experience of the needs and expectations of home owners and successful delivery against these.
•Ability to act as ‘client’ to ensure effective business systems and corporate support for service.
Excellent communication and influencing skills
