The Financial Inclusion team is here to facilitate change. Working with the Collections team and other teams from across the business, external partners and, tenants in order to deliver services and products that will improve people’s lives for the better.

It is essential that the FIS have detailed knowledge of at least two of the following areas: welfare benefits, welfare reform and its impacts, housing law, budgeting and money advice.

Skills/Experience required:

  • An excellent knowledge of welfare benefits and experience of associated casework
  • Ability to represent Peabody tenants at external meetings with benefit agencies and external parties including DWP, local authorities and charities
  • Understand the principles of budgeting with low income families
  • To have a good understanding of the importance of data quality and integrity so that you can act as a passionate and credible advocate of the effective use of Data Analytics
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets

Qualifications required:

Essential
GCSE Maths and English Language, Grade 4 or above or equivalent

Desirable
2 A-Levels or equivalent
