Skills/Experience required:

Essential:

• Extensive knowledge and experience of the full learning cycle
• Proven track record as a trainer
• Translating customer requirements into training and creating logical and innovative solutions to complex problems.  
• Strong understanding of the learning process for individuals in a professional environment.
• Ability to build effective working relationships, maintain robust relationships and drive collaboration with all stakeholders
• Strong communicator, both verbal and written
• Established strong facilitation skills
• Ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
• Ability to conduct training needs analysis and link needs to business objectives at organisational, team and individual level
• Ability to interpret data, translate observations and learning into actionable recommendations and produce analytical reports.
• Evaluating learning interventions and measuring the impact on performance.
• Ability to communicate with a range of customers including managers, employees and suppliers
• Coaching and mentoring skills, ability to engage the learner and impart knowledge in a creative and inclusive manner.
• Extensive experience of working in a fast pace L&D role
• Experience of working to tight deadlines, delivering challenging outputs and outcomes
• Ability to take the initiative, self-motivated, work flexibly, efficient and organised under pressure and to short deadlines
• Proven attention to detail and ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously
• Seeks continuous improvement and challenges conventional working practices
• Ability to work in an environment where business requirements are frequently driven by change
• Committed to developing, managing and delivering high quality customer-driven services, demonstrating best practice, and achieving best value
• Customer and results focused oriented, ability to adopt a positive mindset

Desirable:

• Natural coach and facilitator
• An understanding of blended-learning techniques
• Experience in delivering or supporting E-Learning would be beneficial
• Planning and working flexibly to meet a deadline;

Qualification:

CIPD - Certificate in Training Practice, TAPs or a relevant training qualification

Additional requirements:

Full UK driving license with own car and willingness to work out of London and Essex with some travel to Kent & Sussex
