Design and Quality Manager Tower Bridge SE1
The Design and Quality Manager shall work with the Senior Design and Quality Manager to deliver core services to Peabody’s Development Team. They will be required to promote Peabody’s programme of producing well designed sustainable new homes, provide practical advice from experience of building practice and feedback gained from our tenants and consultants. The Design and Quality Managers will deputise for the Senior of Design and Quality Manager when required and will manage the Design Review Pipeline to ensure that all schemes are reviewed at appropriate stage to ensure they are developed to Peabody’s requirements for design, housing and asset management standards. Ensuring consultants and contractors are provided with up to date information on Peabody’s Design and Quality Standards to maximise the quality of our new developments, reduce defects and improve residents’ satisfaction. To work with the Head of Design, Quality & New Homes and the Senior Design and Quality Manager to create and deliver a plan that enables the team to operate effectively post-merger.
