General Duties

You will have a varied workload carrying out administration tasks. Typical work activities include:

  • Accurate maintenance of holiday and sickness records.
  • Accurate maintenance of work force records
  • Compilation and sending of reports commensurate with the role
  • Liaising with residents to make appointments and signposting them to internal stakeholders as necessary
  • Maintain Health and Safety documents, including van checks
  • Log and maintain complaints and pass to appropriate manager for investigation.  Keeping clear and timely records and ensuring responses are delivered on time
  • Assist residents and customers to log repairs and other issues to the Customer Contact Line.
  • Devise and maintain effective systems to identify when health and safety and workforce checks should be carried out to ensure 100% compliance is maintained
  • Liaison with planning team, supervisory team and work force
  • General correspondence on related matters
  • Accurate recording of all data
  • Provide administrative support to PGM operational management team
  • Effective diary management
  • Provide feedback training to enhance quality of information at source.
  • Maintain and monitor Key Performance indicators
  • Ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations, standards, and legal responsibilities relating to contractor/operative compliance.
  • May take part in out of hours on call system as required by the service
  • To adhere to Peabody/ PGM health and safety policy.
  • To adhere to Peabody/ PGM equality and diversity policy.
  • To adhere to Peabody/ PGM environmental standards and accreditations.
  • To adhere to all other Peabody/PGM policies and procedures

Essential:

  1. Experience in maintaining effective, time sensitive records
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  3. Experience in working within a social housing environment
  4. Strong I.T skills in Microsoft packages including databases, word and excel

 

Desirable:

  1. Ability to prepare reports detailing performance
  2. First Aid Trained
  3. Full UK driving License
