This is an exciting opportunity to lead Peabody’s New Homes team for a period of 6 months. Peabody's current development programme  delivers thousands of homes per year. These homes are delivered to excellent standards, high quality with the customers moving in customer experience for to Peabody's New Build homes at the heart of the New Homes teams work. This is leadership and management role with overall responsibility for ensuring efficient handover of Peabody New Homes to the organisation, ensuring an excellent move in experience for customers living in Peabody's New Build Homes within a measured targets and KPIs. This is a key role within Peabody and the measure of success is effective communication internally and with external stakeholders, collaboration and a quality product for our customers.

The New Homes Team is a high performing team and you will lead on enhancing the current offers to our customers and delivering customer focussed projects. .

Experience required:

  • Previous experience of successfully managing a team customer service environment.
  • Excellent relationship management, decision-making and influencing skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage wide and diverse working relationships
  • Some technical/development experience would be desirable
  • Good leadership and management skills including the ability to motivate and develop teams and individuals
