Peabody is recruiting a full time, six months fixed term contract. Offered as a secondment opportunity for current Peabody employees.

If you are looking to develop your skill and have experience of working within Care and Supported Housing and in improving services this could be the role for you. This role will require you to identify, develop and set quality standards, working with and alongside others and enable exposure to the wider Care and Support directorate and Peabody as a whole.

We're looking for a someone who is able to take the lead; someone who is able to build and establish relationships with others quickly; someone who isn't afraid to ask for help or to speak up; and someone who can bring ideas and best practice and put these into action. Communication in this role is key, as is the ability to work through issues with a solution focus in a fast paced environment. 

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (some flexibility is required). Whilst we ask a lot, we also give a lot too. You will be supported in your role by a small but amazing Business Improvement Team, and will gain access and insight into the Care and Support Senior Management Team through your reporting and regular catch ups. This is a great role to also learn more about all aspects of Care and Supported Housing and to truly make a difference to the quality of services delivered to those we work for.
