Within the Care & Communities Directorate we are committed to providing assistance to our own most vulnerable tenants and people living in our communities who need support to live well and independently. We continue to provide specialist housing, care and support to people who are socially excluded, disabled, unwell or homeless and we will do more by working in collaboration with partners who share our vision.

This is a brand-new role, and one you will help develop, where you will be working as part of our Essex Young Peoples service, focusing on developing move-on opportunities for young people who are ready to leave Essex’s supported Housing pathway.  You will be analysing & creating tools/opportunities/reports used by the services area for both Peabody an our contract delivery partner organisation. You must have an awareness of housing legislation, strong communication skills and be able to adapt to fast paced, ever changing business environments. this role offers the flexibility of Hybrid working, a mix of home, office and scheme based.
