Peabody are recruiting a permanent, full time (37.5 hours per week) Team Manager to manage a service in Islington, who is enthusiastic, well-organised individual. The successful candidate will have previous experience in managing staff and working with vulnerable adults with learning disabilities, and mental health.

Are you right person to join our management team:

  • Promoting our values within the team and empower your staff to work alongside them.
  • To provide a person centred approach to our customers support
  • Be aware of your surroundings - be able to bring new and fresh ideas and ensure the environment is safe 
  • Work alongside the Rota Management  system for the service and the recruitment process
  • Take an active role in implementing the customers wants and wishes in their day to day support
  • Build your relationships with your staff team - be able share information directly and respond to any concerns
  • Supervise a part of the team
  • Take an active role in auditing your service and be able to complete actions to meet the standards of our commissioners and external parties.

In addition, you will have excellent administration and organisational skills.  

The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday, with on call (additional payment received for this).
