Assistant Development Manager x 2 Waterloo, SE1
Peabody are a leading housing association with 150 years of history of providing affordable homes for Londoners. Our focus is on building and maintaining the best quality developments, working with local communities and building long-term partnerships to create positive change. The vacancy is within the Development & Sales Directorate North & East team working on the Plumstead West Thamesmead project. The delivery team act as project managers for schemes during the pre-construction & construction phases of the development process. These schemes can be Peabody-led projects, S106 schemes, joint venture partnerships, regeneration infill sites and Care and Support commissions. The role of Assistant Development Manager is to support more senior team members (usually a senior development manager) on their projects. Though a supporting role, you will still work independently and must take responsibility for the completion of your own allocated areas of work.
