As a Junior Project Manager in the Business Change Team you will work alongside our Programme and Project Managers to deliver projects and workstreams that make a real difference to our customers and staff. You will have responsibility for planning and tracking project delivery and timelines, managing and reporting risks and working with stakeholders to make sure that project outcomes are well embedded in the business. This role is a great opportunity for someone wanting to develop further in Project Management. You may not have worked as a project manager before, but regardless of your background we’re looking for someone who’s organised with good communication skills, who genuinely cares about people and building collaborative working relationships.

An opportunity has arisen to work at our young people’s supported housing scheme in Colchester as a Housing Support Worker. The scheme provides support & accommodation to young people aged 16-21 years being referred through the Essex County Council gateway. The scheme operates 24 hours, 7 days a week, across 365 days per year (incl. weekends & bank holidays). The staff team work within a rolling 6 week rota which includes 1- 2 sleep in duties on average per week.
