Income Collections Officers are key delivery roles in ensuring that the Peabody Group achieves its strategic objectives of minimising arrears, increasing cash collection whilst minimising evictions. The role is also key in embedding a customer first culture that puts the customer at the heart of everything we do. The role requires someone with experience of specifying and inspecting works with regards to fire safety, in all buildings controlled by Peabody especially those designated high risk. This experience should have been gained within the building and maintenance sector, and be confirmed with qualifications and membership of a trade body, knowledge of asbestos and legionella regulations is also a pre-requisite.
