Peer Support Workers Hackney
Peabody have opportunities for part time Peer Support Workers to join our team (26 hours per week). You will be supporting our customers who have a history of serious mental illness across our Hackney services. You will draw on personal experiences of recovery; supporting customers who have a desire to develop their own recovery techniques. To support customers to develop a sense of hope, confidence and acceptance, by sharing (but not imposing), their personal experiences. You will work in partnership with support workers to ensure the best outcomes for our customers. You will lead on activities and supporting our customers to be socially included. You will also work with Managers  inputting on ensuring our services are co-produced and customers are encouraged to be involved in how we provide support to them.
